Our signature relaxation blend features:

  • Lavender Essential Oil – known for its deeply calming and stress-relieving properties

  • Chamomile Essential Oil – to help soothe skin and promote emotional balance

DIRECTIONS FOR USE – AROMATHERAPY RELAXATION FOOT SOAK

  1. Fill a basin with warm (not hot) water, enough to comfortably cover your feet.

  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of the Aromatherapy Relaxation Foot Soak to the water.

  3. Stir gently to dissolve and release the aromatic oils.

  4. Place feet in the water and soak for 15–20 minutes, allowing tension to melt away.

  5. Breathe deeply and relax while the essential oils soothe tired feet and calm the senses.

  6. After soaking, remove feet, pat dry with a towel, and apply a moisturising foot cream or oil if desired.

Tip:
For deeper relaxation, use in the evening, light a candle, and follow with a gentle foot massage.
